- AYAC is designed to empower youth for Kingdom impact, helping them discover divine purpose and walk in dominion.
- It aligns with the church’s broader mission of raising a generation of spiritually vibrant, socially responsible, and visionary leaders.

- Held annually in July, starting on the 2nd Tuesday and ending on the 2nd Sunday of July, typically spanning five days.
- Hosted at the Winners Chapel Maryland (Faith Dome), the state headquarters of the USA, with live broadcasts to all Winners Chapel stations.

- Morning & Evening Word Sessions: Teachings by Bishop David Oyedepo and other anointed ministers.
- Youth Aflame Prayer Sessions: Pre-convention revival gatherings to build spiritual momentum.
- Workshops & Breakout Sessions: Covering topics like academic excellence, entrepreneurship, relationships, and breaking ungodly habits.
- Water Baptism & Exhibitions: Practical expressions of faith and creativity.
- Impartation Services: High-impact sessions for spiritual empowerment and prophetic release.

- Led by the USA National Youth Pastor under the supervision and leadership of the USA National Pastor.
- Other ministers of God include resident pastors and youth pastors from across the state.

What are the dates and location of the conference?
- The conference will be held from Tuesday July 22nd to Sunday July 27th, 2025

What is the purpose and theme of this year’s conference?
- The purpose of AYAC USA, an annual gathering of kingdom giants across North America, is to impart to the teenagers, youths, and young adults within this commission and beyond the graces of God at work in this great ministry.
- This impartation will empower them to discover, pursue, and maximize their God-given potential and destiny.
- AYAC is designed to empower youth for Kingdom impact, helping them discover divine purpose and walk in dominion.
- It aligns with the church’s broader mission of raising a generation of spiritually vibrant, socially responsible, and visionary leaders.
- The theme of AYAC USA 2025 is “SURE FOUNDATION”
Who can attend the conference?
- There is no age restriction to attend AYAC USA. This is done intentionally to maximize participation. However, the following conditions apply:
- Pre-teens: Children under the age of 13, can attend only if their parents attend AYAC with them. Legal guardian will not be recognized as a pretext for their attendance
- Teenagers: Teenagers over the age of 12 can attend AYAC USA 2025 if accompanied by an adult (21+) legal guardian. The legal guardian must be from the same location the teenager is coming from. Special arrangements can be made to accommodate parents, who are not able to find an adult legal guardian from their home church. Parents will be required to sign a consent form.

Are there opportunities to serve/volunteer at AYAC USA 2025? If so, what are they?
- Yes, there are volunteer opportunities. The service units include ushering/hospitality, catering, security/protocol, childcare, choir, and media.
- The media unit is full and is no longer accepting volunteers.
How do I sign up to volunteer?
The official registration links have a section for “Volunteer Information.” Please select the service unit you want to join, and a member of the organizing committee will reach out to you for the next steps
What safety protocols will be in place during the conference?
- AYAC USA 2025 has a designated security and protocol unit. Their assignment is to ensure a safe and secure environment at the conference venue and the childcare areas
- Multiple special duties coordinators will also be assigned to each hotels to ensure prompt attention and resolution of all delegate concerns
Will there be medical staff or first aid available on site?
Yes.
How do I register for the conference?
Registration for AYAC USA 2025 will be done exclusively online.
I have filled out the interest form and paid my church-discounted registration fee to my local church, do I need to do anything else?
- Yes, the interest form you filled locally is not the registration. To officially register, you will need to fill out the “AYAC USA 2025 No Payment Registration Form”

I am coming from outside MD and I do not need assistance with the registration fee, how do I register?

- This form has two payment sections: 1. Subsidized: For those who need assistance with the registration fee. 2. Full Payment: for those who do not need assistance with the registration fee.

I am in MD, I will be commuting from home to the convention each day, but I will like to participate in the convention feeding program. Do I still need to register?
- Yes, every delegate who which to participate in AYAC lunch and or dinner are required to register for proper planning purposes.
- You will not need to pay for the food, but we encourage you to sow a seed towards AYAC.

Is there an early bird discount for registration?
Yes, all AYAC registration discount programs are coordinated at the local level. Please contact your YAF coordinator for details
What is included in the registration fee?
Lodging at a premium hotel for 5 nights, feeding and transportation from the airport, and transportation between the hotel and the church during the convention.
Are walk-in registrations allowed?
No, all registrations are to be done online.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at [email protected] with your concerns.
When is the last day to register?
Sunday June 29th, 2025.
Will there be a grace period for registration for those who are not registered by June 29th ?
Yes, however, the planning team cannot guarantee the benefits afforded to those who registered by June 29th, such as the ability to pick your roommate, airport pickup, the ability to create your conference food menu, and other benefits that require proper prior planning.
Is lodging included in the registration fee?
Yes.
What hotels are recommended for conference attendees?
- All delegates are strongly encouraged to stay in AYAC-sponsored hotels to take advantage of our heavily subsidized group-rate. The church has paid upfront to secure enough room for all AYAC delegates
- Upon registration, you will be assigned to one of the following hotels:
- Sonesta Select Hotel in Greenbelt College part area
- Crowne Plaza in Greenbelt, College part area
How will roommate be assigned, can I select my roommate?
- Roommate(s) will be assigned to you based on your preference. In other words, you will be the one to select who you want to room with.
- The “Rooming Information” section of the registration form allows you to tell us who are your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice as far as roommates are concern.
- If you do not know anyone or you do not have a roommate preference, please leave the “rooming information” section blank and the organizing committee will assign you a roommate with the same gender and age bracket (if possible) as yours.
Will transportation be provided between the hotel and conference venue?
Yes.
If I am flying into MD for the convention, do I need to have my flight and airport information in order to register?
- No, you can register without your flight information.
- Your flight information will be captured via a separate form that will be emailed to you one week before the convention.
Is airport transportation available for out-of-town attendees?
Yes, the conference has made arrangement for airport pickup for out-of-town delegates. Please visit AYAC USA 2025 Information page at www.wcimd.com/ayacusainformationpage to review the airport pickup schedule and pickup locations.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes.
How many delegates will be in a hotel room?
- It depends on the registration package you select. There are three registration packages. The bronze, the silver, and the gold package each offering different level of privacy. The room standard is the same across all the packages-namely premium
- The Bronze package, $200: 3 delegates in a room. The planning team reserve the right to increase this to 4 in the event that the registration target is exceeded.
- The Silver package, $300: Maximum 2 delegates in a room
- The Gold package, $525: For delegates who do not want a roommate, families with children, and married couples
Are meals provided during the conference?
- Yes, the church is sponsoring the meal for all AYAC delegates.
- All delegates who desire to participate in the AYAC feeding program are required to fill out the AYAC USA 2025 Logistic Form
- The form will be emailed to delegates who have registered to attend the convention
Can special dietary needs be accommodated?
- Yes, this will be done on a case-by-case basis.
- A Special Duty Coordinator will be assigned to all delegates who will ensure your absolute satisfaction with all aspects of the AYAC USA 2025 convention, including your day-to-day meal experience and intervene as needed.

What is the daily schedule for the conference?

Are there breakout sessions or workshops?
Yes, AYAC USA 2025 program schedule will feature specialized sessions for single and married couples, breakout groups and centralized panel discussion on business and entrepreneurship.
Will there be activities for younger children or siblings?
Yes, our childcare service unit have put together a curated activity plan for children.
Will childcare services be available during the sessions?
Yes. All mothers planning to enroll their children in the AYAC childcare program will be required to volunteer as a childcare provider.
Are parents/guardians required to attend with their teens?
- No, but parents are required to attend with their children under the age of 13
- Parents are not required to attend with their teenagers, but a guardian will be required and a parental consent form will need to be signed

Who are the keynote speakers and special guests this year?
- There are seasoned servants of God who will be ministering at AYAC USA 2025, led by our National Pastor Folaji.
- The speaker list, their names, pictures, session topics and session summary will all be available on our event management app-yapp app. Please download the app once released. - The projected app launch date is July 15th.
Will there be concerts, social events, or recreational activities?

Can I advertise my business to AYAC delegates?
- Yes, however all business partnerships will be done electronically
- We are not doing a business fair this year, please do not bring your business setup
What are the avenues for advertising my business?
You can buy a section on our advertisement page, and or in our newsletter, and or on our event management app.
How much does it cost to advertise at AYAC?
